We’ve all been in the grip of feelings we’d rather not have, feelings which are unhelpful. Perhaps, like me, in the past you’ve found it difficult to find the right way to manage unhelpful emotions.
Emotions are deliberately powerful. They need to ensure we behave in the most appropriate way to keep us safe from danger. It s sometimes much better to make a mistake about a threat and be wrong, than not to react at all. This is why we can find it so difficult to manage unhelpful emotions.
Many of my clients come to me because they find that these unhelpful feelings have become too strong and too frequent. These unhelpful emotions are getting in the way of being able to live a happy and fulfilling life.
In this video, I will explain a little more about the power of emotions and teach you a simple technique which will enable you to manage unhelpful emotions and even replace them with a more useful feeling.
